About Dr Dan Larscheid

Dr Daniel Larscheid is a highly respected dentist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota, Dr. Larscheid’s journey into dentistry began with a strong foundation in science and a desire to help others achieve optimal oral health.

Dr Larscheid graduated from Rosemount High School in 1992, where he developed a keen interest in the sciences. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Saint Olaf College, earning a degree in biology with a concentration in chemistry in 1996. His dedication to learning and excellence led him to dental school, from which he graduated in 2000.

Since graduating, Dr. Larscheid has committed himself to staying at the forefront of dental advancements. He has been providing sedation services since 2004 and has been placing implants since 2003. His extensive experience and continuous education ensure that he can offer his patients the latest and most effective treatments.

Dr. Larscheid is a firm believer in the power of technology to transform dental care. He has integrated advanced technologies such as CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing) into his practice. This allows for the precise design and fabrication of dental restorations, providing patients with high-quality, durable solutions in a single visit.

Digital impressions are another innovative technology embraced by Dr. Larscheid. By replacing traditional impression methods with a small, handheld scanner, he can capture detailed 3D images of the patient’s teeth and gums. This technology ensures more comfortable and accurate data for creating dental restorations.

Dr. Larscheid’s practice is built on a foundation of compassionate, patient-centered care. He understands that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for many people, which is why he offers advanced sedation techniques to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience. His approach to dentistry is holistic, focusing not only on treating dental issues but also on enhancing the overall well-being of his patients.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Larscheid is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and golfing. He also has a heart for helping disadvantaged and homeless individuals, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community. Dr. Larscheid takes pride in safely sedating patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during dental procedures.
